     I was walking in the Town Park at about ten thirty at night. It was rather cold for a summer night, yet I thought nothing of it. The park was shrouded in a dense blanket of fog and the wind was still howling from the storm. Suddenly the hair on the back of my neck stood on end and a chill ran down my spine.
